It's here - Independent Bookstore Day!! and Kiss and Tale Romance Bookshop is so excited to be celebrating with you. We are giving away one Waterstone's exclusive signed edition of Summer in the City by Alex Aster and one deluxe signed edition of The Games Gods Play by Abigail Owen. The following is a list of rules for participation in our event in order to receive discounts and raffle tickets.
- Be one of the first ten customers to stop in on 4/26 or one of the first five customers to stop in on 4/27 and get one raffle ticket. No purchase necessary, but you do need to mention our Instagram or Facebook post. One per person, per day.
- A purchase of $25 (before tax) or more gets you one raffle ticket. Get an additional raffle ticket for every $25 (before tax) that you spend.
- We will offer rolling discounts throughout each day and will post these discounts on Instagram, Facebook and our website on the morning of 4/26.
- You will be able to choose which raffle you wish to enter by placing your ticket in the corresponding bowl. If you have more than one ticket you may enter both drawings, but will only be eligible to win whichever book your ticket was drawn for first. We will redraw for a second winner should the same name be drawn for both raffles.
- Winners will receive their books by mail and will need to provide a complete mailing address within 48 hours of receiving confirmation of winning ticket. Should a winner fail to respond in 48 hours a new winner will be drawn for that book.
- If you are not able to make it out to the party, but would still like to support us, any purchases of $25 or more (before taxes and shipping) made through our website or our store on bookshop.org on either 4/26 or 4/27 (by 7p) will qualify for one or more raffle tickets. You will need to fill out the form on our website in order to have your tickets submitted. We will not be able to honor the rolling discounts for purchases made through bookshop.org.
Drawing will take place at 9:00p on 4/27. Winners will be notified by email and/or dm from our store's Instagram account plus we will tag you on the announcement post.
