Refund policy

ALL SALES FINAL- Please check and double check your cart and event dates!

 

Please double check your cart items before checking out as all sales are final, except for damaged, defective or incorrect items.  We do not accept returns on apparel that has been ordered in incorrect sizes.  If you are having trouble reading the size chart, please feel free to email us at info@kissandtalebookshop.com or call us at (404)748-1840


EVENT TICKETS

The purchase of event tickets are final sale.  We curate our events and secure supplies, books, food and drink based on the number of tickets sold.  In the event you cannot make an event any items included with the purchase of a ticket, except if perishable, will be held for you for 30 days for in-store pickup.  If you are not able to pick up your items and you would like them to be shipped, postage will be the responsibility of the ticket holder and billed accordingly.

If an event has sold out and we started a waiting list, refunds to the original ticket holder are at the discretion of Kiss and Tale and will be based on the ability to fill your space.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders that you submit online are processed in the order they are received and may not be cancelled once processed.  Any changes to your order are at the discretion of Kiss and Tale Romance Bookshop.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Currently we only ship within the United States.  Please check back later as we are working towards shipping availability to other countries.

 

DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product in the mail, email us at info@kissandtalebookshop.com immediately.  Please provide your order number in the subject heading so that we can advise on the best course of action to rectify the issue, along with any relevant photos.  If the item is damaged, defective or incorrect we want to make it right.  This must be done within 30 days of receipt for all items.  

 

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process.  We strive for the fastest shipping time frames whenever possible.  For made to order items, shipping speeds are approximately 5-8 business days.  If you need an item sooner, please select  expedited shipping at checkout.  If items are delayed on our end prior to shipping, we will contact you.

Please keep in mind that much of our shipping is automated and as such, the customer is responsible for entering the full correct mailing address at checkout.  If you make a mistake please contact us ASAP.  If your order has not been shipped, we will do our best to update the shipping details, otherwise your order will go out addressed as it was entered.

Packages that are returned to us for an insufficient address will be issued a store credit, less any shipping costs.  Reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

All merchandise ships from the US by either USPS or UPS.

*Due to the extensive amount of lost packages, we will not send replacement packages if a claim is not filed with USPS.  USPS requires a 30 day no-movement period before a claim can be filed.  Once a claim is filed, we will issue a credit or replacement items at our discretion.

**Kiss and Tale Romance Bookshop is not responsible for stolen packages, and they will not be refunded or replaced.  Please contact your local USPS in the event that your package is stolen to coordinate with them on the next steps.  We recommend you file a help request form with the USPS.  Once your package leaves us, it is out of our control and we can only go by the tracking details provided.
