Shipping policy

We strive to ship items out within 1-2 days of purchase barring any inclement weather or holidays.  Most books can ship USPS Media Mail.  USPS Media Mail is ONE WAY.  This means if there is not enough postage or your address is incorrect or undeliverable, the item will not be returned to us and will likely be destroyed/discarded.  If our system flags and issue with your address we will reach out to you three times to correct the issue.  If we have not heard back from you after three attempts we will cancel the order and refund your purchase.

If any books are shipping with any sort of swag regardless of material we cannot ship media mail and you will not be able to select that at checkout.  Again there are strict rules regarding media mail shipping and the post office frequently inspects these items.

All items shipping from our shop will get a tracking number and we have USPS or UPS scan the labels while we are present.  Once the package has been scanned in we are no longer liable for it.  Any missing packages must be claimed through either USPS or UPS respectively and their claims processes.  Please see our store and returns policy which outlines our requirements for lost packages.
