Yoga for Readers is a gentle, all levels, beginner friendly practice focused on creating space in areas of the body that tend to be compressed and limited when sitting reading a book or tablet. Lisa is a yoga educator and attorney on a mission to move the needle closer towards collective liberation. With over 1,000 hours of advanced training in Jivamukti, Hatha, Vinyasa, breath-work, and meditation, Each class is intelligently sequenced with specific intention on breath, making space, and accessibility.
